As a wedding and event planner, I’ve hired and worked with LEM multiple times. Jose and his team are professionals. They go out of their way to make sure the flow is seamless, and they offer packages that prioritize what is most important to my clients, from the number of hours, lighting, and other entertainment. At a recent wedding I planned, while Jose works at the venue regularly, he did a site visit again on his own time in advance of the wedding to ensure our unique entertainment package worked for the space and the stage. He came up with ways to ensure ample space on the stage and dance floor, and coordinated with the specialty entertainment to ensure a seamless experience for the guests. He’s a true team player. On the night of the event, the dance floor was packed. Jose reads the room and knows how to play to a crowd while honoring the wishes of the hosts. LEM provided the entertainment for both the reception and the afterparty, and even then, the guests and hosts were begging him to keep playing after our time at the venue was up.
