Can you handle AV and entertainment in one booking?
Yes — that’s our specialty. Audio, video, lighting, staging, MC and DJ all come from one team with one contract and one point of contact.
Do you work with a venue’s in-house AV?
Absolutely. We coordinate with in-house teams and can supplement or replace their package — we’ll review the venue’s AV rules during the site visit.
What areas do you cover?
New Jersey, New York City and the surrounding NY suburbs, the Philadelphia area and Fairfield County, CT. Ask us about events outside that zone.
How far in advance should we book?
60–90 days is ideal for conferences and galas; December holiday parties book up by early fall. We’ll always check a short-notice date.
Can you livestream or record our event?
Yes. We can stream to your platform of choice and capture a clean recording of speakers and slides for hybrid audiences.
Do you provide an MC in English and Spanish?
Yes — our bilingual emcee keeps multicultural audiences included, from announcements to awards.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes — we provide a COI naming your company and the venue as additional insured on request.
